Randy Morris

Randy Morris, President

Randy makes the day-to-day decisions at Midwest Coating, Inc. He began ordering and installing roofing in 1982, and has worked in every position of MCI over the past 30+ years. Randy's experience at all levels of a project is vital in managing one of the Midwest's most respected roofing companies.

Adam Schultz

Adam Schultz, Sales

Adam has years of customer service experience working with the general public. Customer satisfaction is Adam's number one priority when it comes to your project. Throughout the entire roofing process rest assured that Adam will be with you every step of the way.

Adam HoffmanAdam Hoffman, Sales

Adam Hoffman is a lifelong Topeka resident with over 10 years of construction equipment and residential roofing sales experience.  Adam’s expertise in shingle installation and servicing will certainly benefit Midwest Coating’s Sales Department and the expanding Service Department.

Meet the staff Matt 2Matt Frydendall, Sales

Matt Frydendall has called Topeka home for the past 18 years. He is a graduate of Kansas State University. Matt has a manufacturing/ distribution management background and has been a sales representative for Midwest Coating since the summer of 2016. 

Meet The Staff Garison 3Garison Morris, Sales & Marketing

Garison Morris represents the third generation of Morris's working at Midwest Coating, Inc. He previously worked in Kansas City in administration while atteneding school at Johnson County Community College. He joined Midwest Coating in May 2017 and is currently finishing his degree in Business.

meet staff Steve KSteve Kauffman, Estimator/Warehouse Supervisor

Steve is a Kansas native that currently serves in the Army National Guard and has deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. He joined MCI in 2012 as the Warehouse Manager. Currently he oversees the warehouse, purchases material and is the Estimator for Midwest Coating, Inc.

Madison Morris

Madison Morris, Service Manager

Madison Morris represents the third generation of Morris’s to work at Midwest Coating, Inc. He graduated from Baker University in 2011 and worked in Overland Park before coming to Midwest Coating, Inc. He worked as a Crew Member and a Foreman his first couple years and is currently Manager of the Service Department.

Jason Lutz

Jason Lutz, Crew Superintendent

Jason brings many years of sales and construction experience to MCI. Currently Jason supervises our crews and ensures that every project meets MCI's high standard of quality.

Vikki Tate

Vikki Tate, Accounting

Vikki joined MCI in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant.  Since that time she has worked in Human Resources, Administration, Estimating, Systems Administration, and is currently the Lead in our Accounting Dept.

Jeanette "Cornhusker" Cockerham

Jeanette "Cornhusker" Cockerham, Administrative Assistant

This "Cornhusker" worked with MCI on a contractor basis for 19 years before joining the staff in 1998. Jeanette executes MCI's management financial plan.

Deborah BouschDeborah Bausch, Administrative Assistant/HR Manager

Deborah Bausch joined Midwest Coating, Inc. in June, 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and HR Manager. Debbie attended Kansas State University and has a business background in small office administration, along with customer service, financial planning, insurance and taxes. She and her husband raised their family of 5 while operating their farming business until 1999 at which time, they retired from crop farming while keeping their cattle operation. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys working outdoors, antiquing, reading, photography and most of all, spending time with her family.

Ashley joined MCI as an Administrative Specialist in Febuary of 2017. Ashley has atteneded Allen County Community College where she received her Certified Nusing Assistant certification. Other than nursing; Ashley has a background in banking and account services. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and reading.  



Doug Myers

Doug Myers, Office Manager

Doug started at MCI in early November of 2006. He maintains HR records and keeps MCI in compliance with the government regarding HR procedures.
